Welcome to Resort Living Unlocked! These Terms & Conditions explain the terms that apply when you visit our website or purchase our digital products. By making a purchase or using our paid materials, you agree to these terms.
1. What You’re Purchasing
Resort Living Unlocked is an educational digital product created by Derrick and Frankie. Your $99 one-time purchase includes:
- Access to our Resort Living Unlocked instructional video.
- A downloadable companion resource guide.
- 90 days of email access to Derrick and Frankie for questions related to the material.
Your purchase is for information and education. It does not include resort accommodations, timeshare ownership, travel bookings, or memberships with third-party travel platforms.
2. Pricing and Availability
The resort prices and experiences we share are real examples from our travels, but they are not guarantees of future pricing or availability.
Travel inventory, resort rates, taxes, fees, membership requirements, and booking conditions can change at any time.
We cannot guarantee that you will find a particular resort, date, accommodation, or price.
3. Your Purchase and Access
Your purchase is intended for your personal, noncommercial use.
You may watch the instructional video through your registered membership account and download the companion guide for your own reference.
Please keep your login credentials private. Purchasing the product does not grant permission to share your account, distribute our materials, resell the guide, or reproduce our content.
We reserve the right to restrict access in cases of misuse or unauthorized distribution.
4. Email Support
Your purchase includes 90 days of email support beginning on your purchase date.
This support is intended to help clarify our instructional material, explain the tools discussed, and answer reasonable questions about applying what you’ve learned.
It does not include personal travel-agent services, making reservations on your behalf, or guaranteed responses within a specific timeframe.
5. Refunds
Because Resort Living Unlocked is a digital product with immediate access to its instructional materials, purchases are generally final once access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, please contact us so we can help resolve it.
6. Third-Party Services
Our materials discuss independent travel and resort platforms, including companies with which we are not affiliated.
Each third-party service maintains its own membership requirements, pricing, policies, and terms. Resort Living Unlocked does not control these services or guarantee their continued availability.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, references to third-party companies do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or an official partnership.

The Resort Living Unlocked video, companion guide, written materials, branding, and original content are protected intellectual property.
Your purchase provides a limited, personal, nontransferable license to use the materials. Ownership and all other rights remain with Resort Living Unlocked.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Resort Living Unlocked is not responsible for losses arising from independent travel decisions, third-party booking platforms, changes in availability, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
